Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026. Plain language on purpose — this is the whole policy, there is no hidden second version.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, email address, company name, country, postal code, product list, quantities, artwork status and any message you add. If you email us directly, we keep that email thread. That is all.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange sample shipment and handle production and delivery logistics. We do not use enquiry data for anything else: no advertising lists, no resale, no profiling, no newsletters unless you explicitly ask for one.

How it is processed

• Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-handling service acting as our processor. Their spam filtering and routing apply; see their privacy statement for platform-level details.
• Submissions may pass through Google reCAPTCHA anti-abuse checks when the widget is enabled, which sets standard Google cookies on your browser during the form.
• This site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Anonymous, cookie-free traffic counts may be collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which products are viewed.
• Artwork files you send are used only to quote and produce your order.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil an order: freight carriers and customs authorities (name, address, contents — unavoidable for cross-border shipping) and Web3Forms as our form processor. Nothing else, to no one else.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed for the business relationship, and order paperwork (invoices, packing lists) for as long as tax and customs rules require (nominally 7 years for us). Abandoned enquiries are deleted on request, and we purge stale ones annually.

Your rights

Wherever you live — UK GDPR, Canada PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act, California CCPA or elsewhere — you can email [email protected] to request a copy of what we hold about you, correction, or deletion. We answer such requests within 30 days, usually much faster, and there is no fee.

International transfers

We are located in China and reply from there, so your enquiry data crosses borders by design — it is inherent to international shipping. We keep only the minimum data required to quote and deliver.
