Custom Service

Full-colour dye-sublimation on polyester webbing and fabric. Your artwork, your colours, your brand — from 10 pieces on stock designs.

What we print

Dye-sublimation, not surface printing

Sublimation turns solid ink into a gas and bonds it into the polyester fibre. The result is a print that is part of the material rather than a layer sitting on top of it.

  • No cracking or peeling — there is no surface film to fail
  • Full colour and gradients — photographs, patterns and fades print cleanly
  • Wash-fast — the colour survives repeated washing and outdoor wear
  • Edge-to-edge coverage — no white borders on webbing products
One honest limitation Sublimation only works on polyester and polymer-coated surfaces. It cannot print on cotton, leather or bare metal. For our aluminum name tags we use a polymer-coated tag blank made for sublimation.
Processes we do not offer Woven labels, screen printing, embroidery and laser engraving all need different equipment. We do not offer them and will not quote them. If your design needs one of those processes we will tell you plainly rather than promise something we cannot deliver.

Artwork requirements

Send us the right file and your sample comes out right the first time

File formats

Vector preferred: AI, EPS, PDF. Raster accepted: PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI at final print size. JPG works but compresses fine detail.

Colour mode

Send CMYK where you can. If you send RGB we convert it and email you a proof, because some bright RGB greens and blues shift when printed.

What to avoid

Text smaller than 6 pt on webbing, hairlines under 0.5 pt, and pure-white artwork on white webbing. We flag any of these before you pay.

We check every file before production If your artwork will not print well at the size you need, we tell you and suggest a fix. You will not discover the problem when the samples arrive.
Setup and proofing fee

$60 per design, once

The setup fee covers colour profiling, a test print and press preparation for your specific artwork. It is charged once per design, not per order.

Setup fee$60 per design, one time
What it coversColour calibration, test print, press setup
Credited back?Yes — credited in full against your first production order of 50+ pieces
ReordersNo setup fee on reorders of the same approved design
Design changesA new colourway of the same layout is usually free; a new layout is a new setup
Why there is a setup fee at all Sublimation needs a colour profile matched to your specific artwork and substrate. That setup is real work and real material, and on a small run it cannot be absorbed into the unit price. At 50+ pieces we absorb it and credit the fee back.
Beyond the print

What else you can customise

  • Webbing width — standard widths per product, custom widths from 300 pieces
  • Hardware finish — nickel, black or antique brass buckles and D-rings
  • Stitching colour — matched to your design, or contrast thread
  • Packaging — plain poly bag, or your own branded hang tag and insert card
  • Size range — our standard runs, or a custom size chart from 300 pieces
Your artwork stays yours We use your design only to produce your order. We never reuse a customer’s artwork for another buyer or list it in our own catalogue.
